Brain Tumors in One Nursing Unit |
Something odd is going on at Newton-Wellesley Hospital in Boston, but it remains uncertain whether itβs a coincidence or a serious environmental work hazard. An estimated 10 nurses working on the fifth floor maternity ward have reportedly developed brain tumorsβsome cancerous and some not. The hospital is investigating and so far has found βno environmental risks,β but the nurse speaking out says the hospital hasnβt been supportive, and the nurses βwant to feel safe.β
