No one is more trusted than a nurse when it comes to professionals. For the 23rd year straight, Americans have rated nurses as the number one most trusted professional in the country in Gallup's annual Most Honest and Ethical Professions Poll. Three in four Americans regard nurses as “highly honest and ethical,” topping a list of 23 careers that also includes grade school teachers, military officers, pharmacists, and medical doctors.
