Several healthcare unions have announced endorsements for Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris. National Nurses United and 1199SEIU United Healthcare Workers East—the nation’s largest healthcare union—have issued their endorsements, as well as the National Union of Healthcare Workers and the Service Employees International Union. They are part of a trend of labor unions nationwide who have endorsed Harris, though many unions have yet to make a decision. So far, no healthcare unions have announced an endorsement for Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.
