For employers looking to recruit nurses, they need to go where the nurses are—and that’s on social media. In a new study, researchers surveyed over 800 RNs to find out how they use Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. The top two responses were using these
sites for advocacy/influencing and for employment activities like networking or job searching—suggesting the sites could be as important for recruiting as they are for training, advocacy, and entertainment.
