Innocence in Degree Scams

It’s been five months since the US Justice Department charged more than two dozen people in “Operation Nightingale,” the fake diploma scheme from three now-closed Florida nursing schools. But many students caught up in the scam say they were duped themselves, according to The Philadelphia Inquirer. Others have previously claimed innocence and have lost their careers.
