Nursing Grad Students Destigmatize Stress |
Nurses may be the most trusted profession, but that trust doesn’t necessarily reduce their stress. Research has shown stress’s negative effect on nurses’ quality of life, and nurses all over the world struggle with it. Two Cincinnati grad students want to destigmatize that stress and help nurses seek healthy ways to cope. Their research project offers actionable recommendations for stress relief. Which aspects of nursing are most stressful for you, and what are your coping mechanisms? Tell us here. |

And at the University of Connecticut, UConn Health bestowed the Nightingale Award for Excellence in Nursing on six of its nurses. |
